About the Role
I’m partnering with a specialized education and therapy organization that delivers integrated Speech, OT, and ABA services for students with developmental and communication challenges. This school-based SLP position, based in Phoenix, supports K–12+ students, many of whom use AAC devices. You’ll provide therapy through a push-in model, integrating communication across classrooms, outdoor learning, aquatics, and vocational settings, with a mix of small group and whole-class sessions focused on language, social, and functional communication skills.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide direct and consultative speech-language services and conduct evaluations.
+ Program and maintain AAC devices and collaborate with teachers and therapy teams.
+ Conduct hearing and swallowing screenings and coordinate with families for follow-up care.
+ Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation and Medicaid billing.
Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
+ Active Arizona SLP license and DOE certification.
+ AHCCCS eligibility for Medicaid billing; NPI required.
+ AAC experience preferred; AZ Hearing Screening Certificate a plus.
**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
