About the Role
Our client, a long-standing non-profit therapy organization that has been serving Arizona families for over 15 years is looking to hire three Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (two in Phoenix & one in Tuscan). This role is primarily clinic-based, with some opportunities for school and home visits. The team serves a diverse client population, ranging from early learners to adults, and provides an incredibly supportive environment for both new and experience BCBAs who value mentorship, teamwork, and long-term career development.
What You’ll Do
+ Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA programs, behavior plans, and assessments.
+ Supervise and mentor RBTs and interns; support skill development and team collaboration.
+ Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams (speech, OT, school staff).
+ Maintain about 25 billable hours/week with additional time for documentation and planning.
Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
+ Active BCBA certification (or BCBA-D)
+ Arizona Behavior Analyst license (or eligibility to obtain)
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable mentoring RBTs and interns
+ Open to both experienced and early-career BCBAs—robust onboarding and mentorship available
**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
