    Role Overview

     

    We’re seeking a **Jr. Outside Sales Account Manager** to join our client’s growing team. This role focuses on both **account management (60%)** and **new business development (40%)** . The ideal candidate will nurture relationships with key accounts while identifying new opportunities in the Houston and Louisiana Gulf markets.

     

    You’ll work closely with the Senior Sales Manager, conduct in-person sales presentations, and provide responsive customer support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and grow existing customer accounts while prospecting for new business.

    + Conduct product presentations and site visits within the assigned territory.

    + Support the Senior Sales Manager with sales initiatives and project coordination.

    + Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up communication.

    + Track and exceed sales targets through proactive account engagement.

    Qualifications

    + 2–3 years of **industrial insulation sales experience** , ideally with **metal or aluminum jacketing products** .

    + 2+ years in **account management and customer service** .

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Demonstrated ability to **build and maintain strong client relationships** .

    + Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding sales goals** .

    + Knowledge of additional insulation products is a **plus** .
