Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for a **Marketing Specialist** working in **MOUNTAIN VIEW CA 94043 (Hybrid)**
Pay Range:- $58 - 68/ hour
Shift Time:- 8 AM– 5 PM (MON-FRI)
_About the Role_
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Fitbit and Pixel for Business team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on product launches and B2B marketing initiatives. You will ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines, execute email campaigns, and support upcoming product launches with essential marketing assets.
_Key Responsibilities_
+ Ensure all creative materials (copy and imagery) adhere to approved brand guidelines.
+ Execute email campaigns using pre-designed templates and an existing calendar in collaboration with an agency.
+ Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates).
+ Support Fitbit product launches by preparing sales enablement materials, pitch decks, one-pagers, and training content.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time.
_Preferred Qualifications_
+ Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of marketing experience.
+ Strong B2B marketing experience is highly encouraged.
+ Familiarity with Marketo or other CRM platforms (preferred but not required).
+ Experience in consumer technology, health, or mobility products.
+ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment with a “hustle” mentality.
+ Comfort with data analysis for email performance metrics.
+ Familiarity with Gemini AI tools is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
