    Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Program Specialist** working in CUPERTINO CA 95014 **(Hybrid)**

     

    Pay Range:- $75 - 80/ Hour

     

    Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

    Overview:

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Program Specialist to support our Capital Expenditure (CapEx) operations. You’ll help manage project schedules, budgets, and execution by tracking equipment spending, analyzing data, and working with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities

    + Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure CapEx readiness

    + Track and analyze spend, savings, and risks against budgets

    + Improve processes for efficient CapEx spending

    + Verify equipment demand and track delivery

    + Coordinate with vendors for setup, installation, and maintenance

    + Respond quickly to changes in goals, schedules, or requirements

    + Support milestone-based budget releases

    + Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau

    Required Skills

    + Comfortable working with large data sets and creating analytical reports

    + Experience in manufacturing or supply chain (preferred)

    + Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail

    + Excellent project management and communication skills

    + Proficiency with data visualization tools

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

    **Pay Details:** $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
