Position Overview:
The Receiver plays a key role in overseeing all incoming deliveries to the warehouse. This includes verifying shipment accuracy and condition, unloading and storing materials, and processing returns as needed. The position ensures that all received goods are properly documented, organized, and handled with care.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the receipt and shipment of all goods, materials, and supplies.
+ Communicate and coordinate effectively with the Order Entry and Production Manager to ensure smooth workflow.
+ Monitor and record the progress and status of incoming shipments.
+ Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
+ Unload delivery trucks, sort and store received items, and track production consumable levels.
+ Accurately record daily inventory movements, perform scanning, and conduct precise inventory counts.
+ Interact with delivery drivers and vendors in a professional, courteous manner.
+ Provide support to the shipping and receiving teams as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
+ Proficient in scanning and sorting incoming materials.
+ Knowledgeable of standard factory safety policies and procedures.
+ Able to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
+ Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
