Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Community Outreach Representative in Northen Kentucky! This role requires travel within Northern Kentucky, with statewide travel as needed. Please read below and apply today for consideration!

**Type:** Four month contract, opportunity for extension

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend events

**Pay:** $25.75 to $28.75 an hour

**Location:** Travel within Kentucky

Responsibilities of the** **Community Outreach Representative

• Attends health fairs, partner meetings and conferences to showcase plan and benefits

• Distribute education materials about Medicaid services and enrollment

• Build visibility and trust with underserved populations

• Provides health education to members in order to encourage preventive care and wellness visits in alignment to HEDIS quality initiatives

• Develop organic growth strategies to aid in increased membership for the health plan

• Responsible for developing relationships with community based organizations in assigned territory

Qualifications of the** **Community Outreach Representative

• 2+ years in community outreach experience

• Experience working with Medicaid populations

• Experience in non-profit or healthcare industry

• Strong communication skills

• Cultural competency understanding

• Strong organizational skills

• Independent problem solver
