    Assistant Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Assistant Engineer to join our dynamic team and support a variety of projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sanitary sewer management, environmental planning and permitting, as well as the design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure. The selected candidate will report directly to the Unit Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Attend and actively participate in client meetings.

    + Coordinate directly with clients to address their needs.

    + Assist project managers in meeting client needs and deadlines.

    + Contribute to the planning and development of design projects.

    + Assist with conducting environmental reviews for projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering.

    + 1-3 years of engineering experience.

    + Proficiency in civil engineering, environmental engineering, and use of Civil 3D.

    + Experience with erosion and sedimentation control permits.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in storm water management design.

    + Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

    + Knowledge of land development processes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coraopolis, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
