    Position: Project Manager / Estimator

     

    Project Type: Commercial Concrete & Masonry

     

    Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000

     

    Anticipated Start Date: Available Immediately/Mid-Late November

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and oversee all project management and estimating functions.

    + Ensure project bidding, estimating, and execution meet profitability goals and delivery expectations.

    + Manage workload distribution and monitor project performance.

    + Contribute to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.

    + Serve on the leadership team.

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating.

    + Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.

    + Proficiency in estimating and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Heavy Bid.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
