    Description: Small GC that focuses on renovations and TI of commercial projects

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare conceptual, schematic, and construction documents estimates.

    + Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.

    + Solicit, scope, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.

    + Build estimate summaries and schedules of values.

    + Lead pre-bid RFIs and provide constructability and means and methods input.

    + Support all disciplines during meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.

    + Proficiency in quantity takeoff and scope leveling.

    + Experience with Bluebeam and ACC/BIM.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
