• Electrical Systems Engineer

    Description

    • Electrical component design: Assist in the design and development of motor drives, valve controllers, electronic control units and associated wire harnesses for defense applications. • Testing and Characterization: Support the testing and characterization of components using power supplies, power analyzers oscilloscopes, and signal generators. • Prototype Development: Participate in the prototyping and assembly of Vapor cycle systems for evaluation and testing purposes. • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including schematics, layout files, test plans, and reports, for PCB designs and testing activities. • Software Tools: Ability to work with MATLAB, Simulink, Altium and SolidWorks Electrical to facilitate the design of electrical components. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution. • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues during design, testing, and integration phases, proposing and implementing effective solutions. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and defense-related technologies.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
