Job Title: PlannerJob Description
Develop and maintain production and material plans in line with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure material availability and production readiness. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory analysis to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Generate short and long-term production schedules, ensuring alignment with capacity and resource availability. Analyze production data, lead times, and material usage trends to optimize planning accuracy. Maintain accurate planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems and proactively identify and escalate potential supply chain risks or constraints. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to align inbound and outbound material flows with production needs. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to track KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Essential Skills
+ 5-7 years experience in production/material planning
+ BS Degree
+ Proficiency in SAP
+ Supply chain management
+ Inventory management
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in production planning and scheduling
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in an aerospace manufacturing environment in Columbus, MS. The work schedule is a 4/10 work week, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM daily. The company is a mid-size organization experiencing rapid growth, offering great exposure to upper leadership and government customers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
