    Job Title: Lab Technician

     

    Duration: 6-Month Contract

     

    Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Onsite)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our team in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role involves supporting high-volume sample testing and aseptic fill/finish operations, while maintaining strict compliance with GMP and safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform high-volume sample preparation and testing

    + Prepare media and samples for analysis using pipetting techniques

    + Support aseptic fill/finish of vials

    + Maintain and calibrate lab equipment

    + Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

    Qualifications:

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)

    + 0–1 years of lab experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply

    + Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks and fine motor work

    + Experience with pipetting and general lab procedures

    + Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

    This is a Contract position based out of Framingham, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
