    Facilities Assistant Director

     

    $55,000-$65,000 salary

     

    Based on previous experience

     

    Monday-Friday, occasional weekends as needed

    Description

    + Assist in managing custodial, maintenance, and operational services across campus facilities.

    + Supervise and support frontline staff, ensuring adherence to university standards.

    + Monitor service delivery and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols.

    + Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.

    + Communicate with university departments to address service needs and resolve issues.

    + Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and compliance documentation.

    + Support budgeting, inventory control, and procurement of supplies and equipment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edmond, OK.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.25/hr.
