    •️ Job Opening: Assembler - $20 to $23/hr Weekly Pay

    • Overview

     

    We're hiring an experienced Assembler to handle advanced mechanical assembly tasks. You'll work with detailed blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot issues, and help train junior team members. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and key to maintaining high-quality production standards.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision

    + Read and follow technical drawings and specifications

    + Diagnose and fix assembly and product issues

    + Train and support junior assemblers

    + Ensure safety and compliance across the team

    + Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency

    + Collaborate with engineers and other departments

    + Conduct final product inspections and testing

    + Manage parts inventory and maintain stock levels

    + Operate and calibrate assembly equipment

    + Follow lean manufacturing practices

    • Qualifications

    + 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience, including team leadership

    + Skilled in reading technical documents and schematics

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

    + Experience mentoring team members

    + Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing standards

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    + Able to meet deadlines under pressure

    • Additional Skills

    + Mechanical assembly experience (small and large parts)

    + Proficient with hand and power tools

    + Familiarity with assembly line work

    • Work Schedule & Environment

    + Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Fridays off!)

    + 10 hours of holiday pay for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day

    + Must work the day before each holiday; paid the day after

    + Physical requirements: lift/move up to 35 lbs, stand, kneel, climb ladders

    + PPE required; good manual dexterity and coordination needed

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
