    Now Hiring: Press Assistants & Slitter Operators – Multiple Openings

    **Location:** York, PA

    **Industry:** Printing & Label Manufacturing

    **Job Type:** Contract

    **Pay:** $19.00 – $21.50/hour

    **Training:** All roles train on 1st shift

    Open Positions:

    Press Assistant – 2nd Shift

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    Slitter Operator – 3rd Shift

    + Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Job Overview:

    Entry-level roles with full training provided. Support press operations or run slitter machines in a clean, organized facility. Great opportunity to grow into advanced roles.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist with press setup, cleanup, and label changes

    + Operate slitter machines and perform quality checks

    + Clean equipment and follow safety/GMP standards

    + Read job tickets and use rulers/tape measures

    + Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to differentiate colors and read measurements

    + Basic computer and data entry skills

    + Strong attention to detail and teamwork

    + No experience required—training provided

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
