    Job Title: Industrial Electrician

    Job Description

    We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with a wide range of electrical systems and components, including motors, drives, control panels, and high-voltage circuits. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical equipment throughout the facility.

    Responsibilities

    Diagnose, repair, and maintain both single-phase and three-phase electric motors; replace units when necessary.

     

    Work with Rockwell PLC systems to support automation and control processes.

     

    Service and maintain equipment connected to electric motors, including variable frequency drives (VFDs).

     

    Install and troubleshoot electronic systems, including PLC programming using RS Logix 5000 and GE platforms.

     

    Manage electrical infrastructure within plant buildings, including service installations and upgrades.

     

    Set up new machinery and equipment: install fixtures, run conduit, pull and connect wiring.

     

    Execute preventive maintenance tasks as assigned through work orders.

     

    Respond to and resolve electrical system failures and breakdowns.

     

    Shift/Pay: 1st or 2nd Shift Openings- $38 an hour to start!

    This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $78396.00 - $78396.00/yr.

     

    There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.

    -401k, will match dollar for dollar for 3% then match 50% for next 2%
