    General Production Worker - Weekly Pay!

    Job Description

    I am seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our client's Extrusion department as a Downstream Operator. This entry-level position is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of their production process. In this role, you will use standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications, while also detecting and addressing any basic abnormalities.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality.

    + Ensure the final product is wrapped around the reel evenly and neatly.

    + Maintain a check on the quality of the product throughout the process.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing or production environments.

    + Familiarity with machine learning and operation.

    + Proficiency as a machine operator, especially in extrusion operations.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Competence in using hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, primarily climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The schedule operates on a 12-hour shift with a 2-2-3 pattern, alternating weekly between 48 and 36 hours. Please note that the facility is non-climate controlled in certain areas but remains team-oriented to ensure a collaborative work environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
