Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Ensure injection molding machines are properly set up and run to customer quality standards and meet all production goals. Make necessary connections of electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems to the mold, ensuring the correct material, temperatures, size, and speed settings. Cycle the machine and adjust parameters as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate injection molding machines according to customer quality standards.

+ Connect electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems to molds.

+ Ensure material, temperatures, size, and speed are correctly set.

+ Cycle and adjust machine parameters as necessary.

+ Troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment and hydraulics throughout the facility.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment that is non-temperature controlled. This is a 3rd shift position from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule that includes working 6-7 days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55858.00 - $55858.00/yr.
