Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Facilities Maintenance Mechanic who will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks throughout the day. The role involves repairing HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and industrial systems in a machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and industrial systems.

+ Troubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance on various facilities equipment.

+ Handle minor electrical repairs and work with pneumatics and diesel systems.

+ Adapt to a machine shop environment and manage different tasks daily.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in industrial mechanic and facility maintenance.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

+ Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical repairs, pneumatics, and diesel systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic.

+ Electrical knowledge.

Work Environment

The role is based in a non-climate-controlled machine and fabrication shop environment. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday on the first shift. Be prepared to work in a facility that can be dirty and dusty, and comfortable with various weather elements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shepherdsville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
