Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance and repair services, while consistently maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and repair services.
+ Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance, adhering to incident reporting protocols.
+ Support work order management for both in-house staff and vendors.
+ Drive the development and implementation of best practices and innovations in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
+ Assist in the development and management of operating and capital budgets, and support projects.
+ Contribute to the creation and implementation of annual management plans.
+ Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients is completed accurately.

+ Basic knowledge of building systems, including mechanical and electrical
+ Computer proficiency with various software platforms for facility management
+ Availability for 24/7 emergency call support as required

Work Environment
Work in a Class-B office building within the Domain. The position offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm, with some flexibility in hours and no weekend work. Emergency on-call duties are as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
