Mechanical/Construction Plumber – Journeyman & Foreman roles (Direct Hire)

**We are hiring Journeyman and** **Foreman level Plumbers** to assist in supporting industrial and heavy commercial construction projects. This is not a temp or contract to hire role — we’re looking for skilled professionals ready to grow with us.

Position Overview

You’ll be working on large-scale new construction projects, including the Hanahan Water Treatment Facility. This role involves installing and upfitting sanitary piping systems and other plumbing infrastructure. Residential or light commercial experience is not applicable — we need plumbers who thrive in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Install and run Domestic Hot and Cold Water systems

+ Execute underground and above-ground Sewer, Vent, Air, and Natural Gas piping

+ Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

+ Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Required Skills & Experience

+ Proven experience in new construction plumbing

+ Strong understanding of plumbing systems in industrial/commercial buildings

+ Ability to work independently without constant supervision

+ Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety standards

+ Reliable transportation to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with pipefitting, welding, or millwright work

+ Installation of sanitary pipe and upfitting

+ Master Plumber license (higher pay available if not seeking foreman role)

+ Clean DMV record (required for foreman candidates)

Compensation

+ **Journeyman Plumbers:** $32–$36/hr+ (based on experience)

+ **Foreman Plumbers:** $38/hr+ and up (based on qualifications)

+ Willing to consider less experienced candidates with strong character and work ethic

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Onsite at various new construction and industrial sites

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM before OT

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $87360.00/yr.
