    **Job Title:** Installer

    **Pay Rate:** $20/hr (Weekly Pay)

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled contractors to join our team as installers. You will be responsible for installing cabinets, racks, and drawers into the back of vacant work vans. Working in the 'jig' department, you will use air tools to ensure installations meet customer specifications. This role involves bending, twisting, and repetitive movements to access the back of vans as they progress along the assembly line. Being on your knees and bending will be a significant part of your daily routine.

    Responsibilities

    + Install cabinets, shelves, and drawers in work vans according to customer specifications.

    + Use air tools for precise and efficient installation.

    + Perform tasks that require bending, twisting, and repetitive movements.

    + Work on knees and bend frequently throughout the installation process.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in a physically demanding field.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Proficiency with assembly, hand tools, mechanical tasks, and construction.

    + Competence in using a tape measure and reading blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a similar installation role is advantageous.

    + Familiarity with building and construction processes.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates on the 1st shift, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Employees must be ready at their stations by 5:55 am and are required to attend orientation at 5:45 am on their first day. The role involves working in and out of the back of work vans, bending, squatting, and using hand tools in a repetitive task environment. The warehouse is climate-controlled, but the physical nature of the work will cause you to sweat. Appropriate attire includes T-shirts, jeans, work pants, and close-toe shoes, with steel toe options if preferred.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
