Job Title: Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking skilled construction plumbers to join our team for current and upcoming multi-family new construction projects in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks. The role involves working on new construction apartment buildings and requires a solid understanding of plumbing and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

+ Perform plumbing installations and repairs in multi-family new construction settings.

+ Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.

+ Operate heavy equipment as needed for project completion.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or new construction plumbing.

+ Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans.

+ Experience with plumbing installations in multi-family buildings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Possession of personal plumbing hand tools is required; power tools are preferred.

+ Candidates must have their own personal protective equipment, including steel toe boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, and safety glasses (safety glasses can be provided if needed).

Work Environment

Work hours are normally from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, but currently extend from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm due to project demands. The work involves a physical environment requiring compliance with a 50-pound lift test, and adherence to safety protocols with required personal protective equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
