• About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freight Shipping Clerk to manage outbound shipments and ensure smooth coordination between FedEx Freight Manager and our internal systems. You’ll play a key role in packaging, labeling, and verifying freight details while supporting broader warehouse operations. •️ Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate outgoing shipments and verify data between FedEx Freight Manager and internal systems

+ Enter delivery addresses, pallet dimensions, and weights to determine shipping costs

+ Package products, create shipping labels, and shrink wrap/band pallets

+ Assist with kitting, container unloading, and product picking

+ Perform bin transfers using the warehouse management system

+ Pick items with a push cart and scan into system

+ Pack and label products for shipment

+ Support receiving operations once trained

• What You Bring

+ 2+ years of freight shipping experience

+ Proficiency with FedEx Freight Manager

+ Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, SAP, and inventory control

+ Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work efficiently in a warehouse setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
