We’re seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our Dallas, Texas team. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects that power the core operations of our clients, including cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing and advanced research facilities. This is a hybrid position.
As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world-class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities will include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, panel design, I/O assignments documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

This position offers hands-on experience and expert mentorship to help you grow your technical skills and understanding of process control, instrumentation, and automation.

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* At least 9 years of work experience designing Instrumentation and Control Systems
* Working knowledge of PLC, PAC, DDC, DCS systems
* Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Dallas, TX
Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT)
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
* Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Passion for buildings and construction
