2nd Shift Assembler – Build Your Future with Us!
**Location:** Minneapolis, MN
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Day shift training for 1–3 weeks)

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a high-tech manufacturing environment? Join our team as a **2nd Shift Assembler** and help build cutting-edge gas and flame detection sensors that keep people safe around the world.
What You’ll Do
+ Assemble electrical and mechanical components into finished products
+ Use hand tools like screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and soldering irons
+ Cross-train in areas like testing, soldering, microscope work, and finishing
+ Perform electronic testing and quality inspections
+ Use adhesives, chemicals, and computer workstations for testing and record-keeping
+ Lift up to 40 lbs regularly

What You Bring
+ Experience with hand tools, wiring, and small part assembly (especially PCBs)
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
+ Familiarity with microscopes and soldering techniques
+ High school diploma preferred
+ J-STD-001 certification is a plus
Work Environment
+ Large production floor with multiple assembly lines
+ Some areas may have a strong epoxy smell
+ Climate-controlled and safety-focused
+ No safety toe shoes required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00/hr.
