    **Job Title:** Machine Operator – Entry Level

    **Location:** Maple Lake, MN

    **Pay:** $20/hour

    We’re hiring entry-level Machine Operators to support our fast-paced production facility in Maple Lake. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, want to learn new skills, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Trim excess plastic and drill holes using hand and power tools

    + Operate rotational molding machines: fill with plastic pellets, run cycles, and unload finished parts

    + Assemble plastic components with attention to detail

    + Maintain a steady workflow while following safety protocols

    + Stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift

    Shift Options:

    + **First Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Thursday)

    + **Second Shift:** 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM (Monday–Thursday)

    + **Weekend Shift:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday–Sunday)

    + _All new hires begin with one week of training on first shift starting at 8:00 AM._

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
