Your
role as a Production Supervisor will be pivotal in ensuring that Siemens Energy
continues to deliver on its promise of exceptional energy solutions. Here’s how
you’ll contribute:
+ Support the Production Manager in effectively managing a workforceto accomplish daily, monthly, and annual targets, ensuring that we meetand exceed our goals.
+ Maintain workflow by monitoring processes and eliminatingbottlenecks, ensuring that production is always running smoothly andefficiently.
+ Drive continuous improvement using Lean techniques anddigitalization, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
+ Collaborate with teams across different functions to improveprocesses and products, ensuring that Siemens Energy stays at theforefront of the industry.
+ Develop a strong, motivated team through rigorous training anddevelopment programs, ensuring that every team member is equipped toperform exceptionally.
What YouBring
**We are looking for candidates who possess the followingqualifications and skills** :
+ A High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree, providing a solidfoundation in technical and managerial skills.
+ 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with aproven track record in leadership and getting results.
+ Excellent communication skills, essential for effective teamcollaboration and coordination.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive performance, with afocus on achieving targets and continuous improvement.
