A Snapshot of Your Day
Will be working with the
Team to ensure that the Wax product is moving through the designated
milestones, ensuring that the operators are safe and remain focused on their
daily work lists and that engineering, quality, safety, or management help is
provided when issues arise. As the first point of contact for the operators,
the Team Lead will help solve problems and keep parts moving so that the team
can accomplish its goals.
How You’ll Make anImpact
+ Perform work safely by following all safety rules andproviding recommendations to make the Wax Department a safe workenvironment.
+ Achieve team production and efficiency goals by workingto meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level ofManufacturing.
+ Partner with the Wax department supervisor to create adaily plan to meet Production targets.
+ Create and assign work lists for each employee in thedepartment, ensure that employees remain productive, and produce qualitywork.
+ Performs direct Production Work 50% of the time.
+ Other duties may be assigned as needed andcross-training as needed.
What You Bring
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ Able to perform basic math functions using the metricsystem and read Engineering instructions.
+ Previous experience as a wax operator or Team Lead ispreferred.
+ This position may require an export license from theDepartment of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or theDepartment of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance ofany required license is a prerequisite for this position.
+ Candidates with more experience can be considered for ahigher level or vice-versa.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment inthe United States without the need for current or futureemployer-sponsored work authorization.
