    Custodian - 2nd shift

     

    Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.

    Job Summary

    + Empty trash containers

    + Clean and wash surfaces, including restrooms, kitchen and break areas

    + Sweep and mop floors, including periodic floor maintenance

    + Perform minor maintenance assistance as required

    + Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members

    + Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.

    + Perform other assignments as required

     

    Required Education and Experience

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Requires excellent attendance

    + Must be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised

    + Ability to organize tasks, create a schedule, and manage time efficiently

    + Abilities listed in General Requirements of Team Members

     

    Preferred Education and Experience

     

    + 2 plus years of facility maintenance experience
