The National Inventors Hall of Fame is seeking seasonal Distribution Associates to assist in the packaging of our materials for children nationwide. This position will safely handle, process, and store inventory while accurately picking, packing, and loading shipments, maintaining quality control and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Position Details:

+ Duration: January 12, 2026 – May 1, 2026

+ Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM

+ Rate: $15.00/hour

Position Responsibilities:

+ Safely move product to proper storage locations

+ Pull and pack materials into different configurations as needed for shipment

+ Ensure that the exact number and type of product is picked

+ Process orders in the inventory management system

+ Stack and store inventory in the designated areas

+ Load outbound shipments safely and perform quality control to ensure accuracy

+ Maintain housekeeping in the warehouse and surrounding areas

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Ability to operate RFID Scanner

+ Basic math

+ Attention to detail

+ Ability to bend, reach and stand for extended time periods

+ Able to lift up to 50lbs.

+ Must be organized and process-driven

+ Ability to work as a member of a team

+ Requires regular, reliable, and on-time attendance
