    Job Description:

    + Looking for seasoned recruiters to focus on Product MGMT or Business Analyst recruiting for the team

    + Adaptable and open to learning new job families

    Ideal Profiles:

    + Recruiters who have had exp at other large tech companies like Amazon, Meta, Facebook, etc.

    + Loves profiles who have experience at consulting firms: EY, PWC, Deloitte

    + Former Capital One exp is good as well

    + Prefers finding a TECHNICAL recruiter rather than a PRODUCT recruiter

    Must Haves:

    + Full life-cycle recruiting exp.

    + Sourcing, recruiting, talking to hiring managers/client management, exp with negotiating offers with candidates

    + Looking for 3 SOLID years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting specifically

    + Some sort of ATS system exp (open to all but their team uses Workday)
