As a **Principal Architect** at **JPMorganChase** within the **Enterprise Technology team of Corporate Sector** , you provide expertise to enhance and develop architecture platforms based on modern cloud-based technologies, as well as support the adoption of strategic global solutions. Leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive best-in-class outcomes.
Job responsibilities
+ Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies
+ Defines architecture and design patterns for consistent, efficient implementation of Identity and Access Management services.
+ Leads integration of IAM services into application architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
+ Develops high-level designs for select IAM services to guide implementation and maintain architectural integrity.
+ Represents IAM Strategy and Architecture in architecture review processes.
+ Contributes to the definition of strategic architecture initiatives ("big bets") for IAM.
+ Ensures adherence to CTO and firm-wide technology policies and standards.
+ Establishes and leads design authority practices within IAM Delivery with maturity.
+ Collaborates with Product, Delivery, and IT Executive teams to drive architectural solutions.
+ Maintains clear separation between architecture and delivery functions.
+ Creates architecture artifacts to support effective communication with implementation teams.
+ Delivers practical, actionable solutions focused on interfaces, interactions, and logical data models.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience.
+ Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
+ Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
+ Proven track record in delivering practical, implementable architectures.
+ Experience working with Product, Delivery, and IT Executive teams.
+ Technical expertise in Java, .Net, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Windows, Unix, Linux, oAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, AWS IAM, EntraID, PingFederate, ForgeRock, SailPoint.
+ Domain knowledge in Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Authorization standards and technologies.
+ Ability to create architecture artifacts and high-level designs focused on interfaces, interactions, and logical data models.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
