    DESCRIPTION:

    Duties: Support mission-critical projects including developing growth strategies, assessing and planning entry into new markets, and implementing organizational restructurings, technology, digital and operations strategies that drive efficiencies. Drive Strategy projects for AWM senior leadership, serving as an objective thought partner to the C-Suite and other senior leaders. Own and execute detailed analyses and strategic assessments, and develop comprehensive recommendations to present to senior leadership. Develop decision frameworks, methodologies, and strategic recommendations to drive key business priorities and change efforts. Provide recommendations by modelling business decisions, determining cost structures and drivers, and assessing potential impacts to clients (including solution set and support model), advisors, and the business overall (P&L analysis). Develop trusted advisor relationship with executive sponsors, providing advice on appropriate solutions to address their needs, spanning areas across Business, Digital and Technology strategy, including market sizing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, organizational structure, operating model, product strategy and transformation. Monitor the industry and competitor landscape, facilitating innovation and thought leadership within the organization in the areas of AI, Machine Learning, Digital Client and Advisor Experience capabilities, commercialization and growth. Work with teams of analysts and associates and collaborate closely with management on the team, and work with other colleagues cross- functionally across AWM including sales, marketing, product, finance, risk, operations, and technology team members. Involved in creating and scoping work-plans and driving one or more work streams, including mentoring junior team members and facilitating key stakeholder relationships.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy and Business Development, Strategy Director, Senior Consultant, Finance Senior, or related occupation.

     

    Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Management Consulting or Performance Improvement advisory, and working across Business, Technology, Digital and Operations strategy, in the Financial Services industry; Deriving strategic recommendations for business development and optimization; Developing decision frameworks, methodologies, and strategic recommendations that align with business priorities and change efforts; Managing and working with globally dispersed, cross- functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, business operations, product, technology, and design; Market sizing and opportunity tracking for both organic and inorganic growth; Modeling business decisions, determining cost structures and drivers, and assessing potential impacts on clients, advisors, and overall business performance, including performing P&L analysis; Assessment of industry and competitor landscape, particularly in areas such as Data, Analytics or AI/ML, process automation, and digital transformation; Producing materials for senior leadership, including strategic decision frameworks, and competitor profiles and industry trend reports, and presenting comprehensive recommendations; Creating and scoping work plans, driving work streams, mentoring junior team members, and facilitating key stakeholder relationships; Digital Transformation, including strategic leverage of a product operating model, Agile methodology, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Google; Operations Transformation; Growth strategy and Go-to-market strategy.

    Full-Time. Salary: $201,880 - $235,000 per year.
