    Job Description:

    TTI Consumer Power Equipment, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for an **Accounts Payable Analyst** . This role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager on site.

    Responsibilities:

    + Enter and process vendor invoices daily; maintain vendor invoice history

    + Liaise with Purchasing team to facilitate Purchase Order processing for payment

    + Verify legitimacy of charges to company cards; assist with maintenance of transactions as they associate with the company card program

    + Process employee expense reimbursements weekly and ad hoc electronic payments and checks

    + Communicate effectively with vendors and other employees to resolve payment processing issues

    + Assist Accounting team with monthly closing reports

    + Additional projects and functions as delegated by department management

    + Analyzes vendor accounts and balances outstanding to ensure their compliance with agreed payment terms

    + Reconcile assigned key vendor accounts monthly and assist with the monthly financial closing of Company books

    + Reconcile assigned key G/L accounts monthly and assist with the monthly financial closing of Company books

    + Reconcile and check on approvals and G/L account coding of all invoices submitted for payment

    + Coordinate filings of records, distribution of various reports, prepare payments support documents

    + Assist departments in processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders

    + Additional duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    + 1+ years (Accounts Payable experience preferred)

    + Meticulous organizational skills and detail-oriented

    + Strong prioritization and task management abilities

    + Strong customer service focus and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Strong Excel skills a plus
