    Overview

     

    Classification : Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 25-29 hours/week

     

    Salary: $20.00 per hour

     

    Job Focus: The Salvation Army Central Ohio is seeking to fill a part time Case Manager position in several local counties. T his position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking, including conducting intake, developing a safety plan, addressing basic needs, linking to medical care and counseling, developing and implementing a service plan. Additionally, this position will assist group therapy programming in local county jails and provide staff support for 24-hour emergency hotline.

    Qualifications

    + An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, preferred

    + Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio, preferred

    + Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence or sexual assault is preferred.

    + Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Excellent written and oral communication skill

    + At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
