Actalent is hiring a Project Manager in the Alameda, CA area!!

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic user-focused and detail-oriented Project Manager - Employee Experience to lead the strategy development and optimization of a global onboarding and employee engagement site. This role blends product ownership internal communications and technical project management. You'll manage vendors thrive in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with HR Legal Public Affairs RD and leadership.

Responsibilities:

+ Content Management System CMS Experience-

+ Own content gathering and implementation in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

+ Enter update and manage content within CMS ensuring accuracy consistency and brand alignment.

+ Troubleshoot CMS issues as they arise.

+ Product Strategy User Experience-

+ Understand and analyze user needs to inform content design and functionality decisions.

+ Define and drive product strategy and vision based on the sites purpose goals and user feedback.

+ Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.

+ Marketing Communications Strategy-

+ Develop and execute marketing strategies to support employee engagement initiatives including the global expansion of an employee onboarding engagement website.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and deliver communications plans that drive awareness adoption and engagement.

+ Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication channels.

+ Analytics KPI Management-

+ Define track and report on KPIs to measure success of internal platforms and campaigns.

+ Develop and maintain a marketing product and analytics roadmap to guide ongoing improvements.

+ Use data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact to stakeholders and senior leadership.

+ Stakeholder Management-

+ Create compelling executive summaries reports and presentations tailored to senior leadership.

+ Build and design slide decks that effectively communicate key messages and data insights.

+ Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

+ Work cross-functionally within and across business units to align messaging share resources and support integrated initiatives.

+ Project Risk Management-

+ Support project management efforts by tracking deliverables timelines and dependencies.

+ Proactively identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field.

+ 3 years of experience in a communications marketing or content operations role.

+ Experience working in technology or software industry preferably with web applications.

+ Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems CMS and ability to manage project content.

+ Able to work independently and on a team proactively identifying the correct stakeholders and colleagues to engage in order to complete tasks.

+ Organized problem solver with attention to detail

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity follow-through and professional rapport.

+ Experience in using project management tools JIRA Asana MS Project or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Project management experience including the ability to manage timelines coordinate stakeholders and deliver results across multiple initiatives.

+ Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.

+ Knowledge of brand and content governance best practices.

+ Proven track record of working effectively with executive leadership and other stakeholders.

+ Experience in handling technical documentation and product development lifecycle.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Alameda, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
