Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to conduct in-depth analysis of business processes. The ideal candidate will identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance business operations. You will leverage Deltek and other reporting tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, developing performance frameworks and establishing KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

+ Leverage Deltek and other reporting tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

+ Develop performance frameworks and establish KPIs aligned with business objectives.

+ Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and staff.

+ Monitor business performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and implement data-driven strategies.

+ Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.

+ Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

+ Support testing and rollout of new systems or enhancements.

+ Stay current with Deltek updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

+ 5–10 years of experience in business analysis or performance management.

+ Proven ability to develop and manage KPIs and performance dashboards.

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Master’s degree preferred.

+ Deltek experience preferred.

+ SQL preferred.

+ Industry experience in AEC or similar required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $87000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
