Join a dynamic team within a rapidly growing sector as a Logistics Specialist within the Transportation Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in managing daily freight movements for North American fulfillment centers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new team focused on enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Support freight operations by ensuring smooth shipment processes.
+ Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects.
+ Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
+ Execute processes to meet standard work expectations consistently.
+ Develop performance metrics to drive business results.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in logistics and operations.
+ Strong customer and vendor relations skills, particularly in freight and transportation.
+ Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
+ Exceptional communication skills for coordinating between multiple parties.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in supply chain management and dispatch operations.
+ Proficiency in problem-solving and deep diving into operational challenges.
+ Familiarity with using Paragon software for logistics management.
Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role offers a hybrid work environment with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, while office presence is required on Tuesday through Thursday.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
