Job Description
Join a transformative program aimed at delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing the learning strategy for a global deployment program. You will ensure that training solutions are effectively organized and deployed to meet program timelines and user needs, aligning with a global strategy tailored to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to support the deployment of the training approach.
+ Coordinate with the Global GLS Training Factory to manage user inputs, roles, local training materials, and attendance through the LMS (Cornerstone).
+ Ensure alignment with the OCM Coordinator on changes impacting training communication.
+ Engage with the Learning Community to address any emergent training issues.
+ Align with business partners to determine necessary training assignments and adjustments.
+ Work with global counterparts and site representatives to ensure readiness of training materials and logistics.
+ Organize and conduct briefing sessions for training facilitators to prepare them for their roles.
+ Administer training activities in the LMS, including curriculum creation, learning assignments, and more.
+ Provide guidance on using standardized templates and artifacts for training.
+ Monitor learning requests for accuracy and completeness.
+ Support the migration or retirement of local training materials.
+ Assess data and maintain databases relevant to the project.
+ Report on training deliverables, attendance, risks, and propose mitigation plans.
+ Support the hypercare team with training-related issues and escalate improvement opportunities.
+ Manage additional administrative deployment activities as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in training program preparation, development, and administration.
+ Proficiency in using and administering LMS platforms.
+ Project management experience with problem-solving skills and mature judgment.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
+ Ability to coordinate and integrate multiple streams of information and logistics.
+ Proficiency in data management and Excel, including pivot tables and vLookups.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Ability to work across multiple international time zones.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in training software and development.
+ Willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Work Environment
This is a mostly remote role requiring proximity to one of three HQ locations in Indianapolis, IN, Tucson, AZ, or Branchburg, NJ, for infrequent on-site meetings. This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
