Job Title: Client Support SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary duties will include processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and providing non-technical problem resolutions.
Responsibilities
+ Enter, monitor, and track customer purchase orders.
+ Process debit and credit memos.
+ Maintain order information filing systems.
+ Provide knowledgeable customer support for assigned products and services.
+ Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to offer non-technical problem resolution.
+ Resolve routine and basic problems, communicating solutions or requested information to customers.
+ Analyze customer service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed.
+ Utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
+ Gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls using a computerized system.
+ Promote products/services without a sales quota.
+ Perform work that is routine or follows standard procedures.
+ Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
Essential Skills
+ Customer service experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Administrative support skills
+ Customer support capabilities
+ Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD
+ Basic understanding of computer systems and equipment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant client service experience.
+ Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is a plus.
+ Moderate understanding of general job aspects.
+ Familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook) and ability to operate all related equipment.
+ Customer-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Basic planning and problem-solving/analytical skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office setting within a new 150,000 square foot facility known as the 'Experience Center,' which showcases all products across business lines.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
