+ Going through the tasks of what is in a loan structure.

+ How to look at a credit reports - looking at income documents, W2's, paycheck stubs, identify and review all docs

+ Review our policies and procedures.

+ Looking through borrowing documentations , Look at credit reports, bank statements, income, access, solve the issue, Calculating income, review assets - Review appraisals, Debt to income, etc. and make adjustments or changes to the loan accordingly

+ Perform complex data and document validation

+ Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines & Review and validate loan documents

+ Knowledge with all guidelines and understand Freddie and Fannie Mae guidelines , investor guidelines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2-5 years of loan processing experience

+ Experience with guidelines in mortgage or Jr underwriter could work

+ Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is

+ Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
