• IT Support Analyst

    TEKsystems (Bismarck, ND)


    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to internal and external clients, including executive-level stakeholders. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization.

     

    Key Responsibilities:1. Technical and Troubleshooting Support

     

    + Install, configure, and repair computer systems, peripherals, and related hardware.

    + Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues.

    + Monitor local servers and networks, implementing alerting systems to prevent failures.

    + Deliver tailored technical support to users across various departments and job functions.

    2. Networking and Systems Administration

    + Set up and maintain job site networks, including high-speed internet and wireless configurations.

    + Troubleshoot wired and wireless devices using knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (CompTIA Network+ preferred).

    + Perform client-side configuration and imaging using tools such as PowerShell and SCCM.

    + Administer mobile devices through MDM platforms like Cisco Meraki.

    3. Customer Service and Communication

    + Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced support environment.

    + Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

    + Offer high-touch support to executive stakeholders, including attorneys and C-suite personnel.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in IT support or a related technical role.

    + Familiarity with networking protocols, system imaging, and mobile device management.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    This is a Contract position based out of Bismarck, ND.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
