About your role:
Fiserv is a global leader in financial services technology, helping clients move money and information securely and efficiently. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team delivers scalable identity governance and lifecycle solutions to protect workforce access across enterprise systems. This role focuses on SailPoint IdentityIQ, access certifications, and data-driven identity lifecycle management to support secure, compliant workforce identity operations.
What you’ll do:
+ Lead and support identity lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) using SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure accurate provisioning and de-provisioning.
+ Manage and execute access certification campaigns, including scheduled campaigns for prioritized entitlements, nested group remediation, identification and resolution of groups with missing members, and management of entitlements lacking owners or descriptions.
+ Administer, configure, design, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors and custom system/application connectors for provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise systems.
+ Work with application teams to map and correlate application/system entitlements to identity cubes, and maintain entitlement inventories and ownership.
+ Develop and configure SailPoint modules (audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account) and build integrations using REST APIs and custom connectors.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM governance requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and support internal and external access audits to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FFIEC, PCI, SOC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
+ Develop and maintain IAM dashboards and reports to monitor governance metrics, access risk, and certification outcomes.
+ Provide training and guidance to technology and business stakeholders on IAM processes and identity lifecycle best practices.

Experience you’ll need to have:
+ 6+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, customization, and connector development.
+ 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (identity lifecycle management, entitlement management, and access certifications).
+ 5+ years of experience in IAM audit and compliance controls, including SOX, PCI, FFIEC, GDPR, and HIPAA.
+ 5+ years of experience developing Java-based extensions and customizations for IAM platforms (Java, NetBeans).
+ 5+ years of experience designing and troubleshooting provisioning connectors and REST API integrations.
+ 4+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting and automation for identity workflows.
+ 4+ years of experience administering Active Directory and enterprise account systems (Windows, AIX/Unix, Mainframe).
+ 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
+ Experience working in the financial services industry or with regulated enterprise environments.
+ Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
+ Experience building identity reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Splunk.
+ Experience implementing modern identity standards (OAuth2/OpenID Connect, SCIM).
How you’ll work:
+ This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
+ This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:
+ Approximately 0% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range
$82,000.00 - $141,600.00
_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
