Now Hiring: Bilingual HR Coordinator – Distribution Center

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about supporting team members? BJ’s is looking for a bilingual HR Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team! This role plays a key part in onboarding, payroll, and team member engagement ensuring every team member feels welcomed, informed, and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead new hire orientations in English and/or Spanish

+ Support 30/60/90 day check-ins and onboarding experience

+ Maintain badge access and team member documentation

+ Ensure GOLD standard execution across team member spaces and programs

+ Process weekly payroll and ensure compliance

+ Serve as liaison between DC and CSC payroll teams

+ Maintain communication boards and legal postings in both languages

+ Assist with temporary-to-permanent conversions and team member engagement

Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in supply chain or warehouse

+ Strong communication skills: bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

+ Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word

+ Familiarity with HR and payroll systems

+ Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

+ Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime

+ Comfortable wearing PPE and lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $19.47 - $25.00
