What You Will Do** **:

Lead the quality assurance function for one or more product lines. Establish testing strategy, maintain automation and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure release readiness through measurable quality practices.

+ Define and execute QA strategy, standards, and quality gates.

+ Manage and develop a team of test engineers, SDETs, and QA analysts.

+ Design, implement, and maintain test automation across unit, integration, API, UI, regression, performance, and security testing.

+ Establish metrics and reporting for test coverage, defect rate, and release quality.

+ Interface with client and prime leads, providing regular status updates.

What You Will Need** **:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or additional FOUR (4) years relevant experience.

+ Minimum Seven (7) years' experience in software testing with TWO (2) years in a lead or managerial role.

+ Proven experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.

+ Familiarity with Agile development, TDD or BDD, and test management tools.

What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

+ Experience with performance and security testing, cloud platforms, or regulated environments.

+ Experience working with Department of Veterans Affairs.

+ Experience working with healthcare data and EHRs.

+ Experience working with VA systems, such as VistA, MPI, VA Profile, etc.
