• Premium Staffing Coordinator

    The Role:

    The Premium Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Premium Staffing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the staffing coordinator will also support all other staffing-related functions. The staffing coordinator will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    + Working with human resources and operations managers to coordinate and schedule both new hire orientation and retraining classes.

    + Maintain training logs.

    + Partnering with operators to determine staffing levels during events.

    + Developing and executing detailed suite assignment matrices and schedules staff

    + Critical on-site support during events / real-time deployment changes

    + Answer phones.

    + Interact with staff, resolve staffing related issues.

    + Partner with other managers, as necessary.

    + Assists with and further develops event day employee "check in processes and procedures.

    + Works together with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    + Works with Staffing Office personnel and operations team to ensure all event staffing levels are met.

    + Closure of events by reconciliation of premium suite gratuities and tips

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Location: On Site (Caesars Superdome New Orleans, LA)
