    What You'll Do

     

    As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store, helping customers and supporting your team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

     

    + Customer Service: Actively assist customers, answer questions, and perform carry-outs.

    + Store Operations:

    + Operate cash registers.

    + Stock and maintain product displays and inventory.

    + Keep the store clean and organized.

    + DIY & Product Knowledge:

    + Promote our Best Rewards Program.

    + Cut materials like keys, chain, and glass.

    + Mix paint, place special orders, and assist with Rug Doctor rentals.

     

    Who We're Looking For

     

    We want people who are ready to learn and have a positive, can-do attitude. You'll be a great fit if you have:

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.
