Job Summary
As a Manual Integrations Tester you will design execute and document end-to-end test cases focused on validating integrations across Lineages expanding supply chain systems portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills attention to detail and experience testing complex workflows where multiple systems interact. They are self-starter who communicates clearly with cross-functional teams and maintains a passion for ensuring seamless and reliable system integrations
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
+ Design document and execute manual test cases for LinOS in manual automated and hybrid facility environments.
+ Validate end-to-end integrations across warehouse systems ensuring accurate and stable functionality.
+ Use SQL to query and validate data across multiple systems supporting defect investigation and root cause analysis.
+ Work closely with developers product owners and implementation teams to troubleshoot issues and track defects through resolution.
+ Perform integration regression and system-level testing to ensure seamless operation across different environments.
+ Ensure traceability between requirements test cases and roadmap milestones to support implementation readiness.
+ Provide clear structured defect reports and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
+ Maintain test documentation reports and knowledge base for internal and cross-team use.
+ Maintain personal accountability for completing work on time and with quality
Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong experience in manual system/integration testing.
+ Proficiency in SQL for data validation and debugging.
+ Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or other enterprise-level software integrations.
+ Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail Zephyr).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly learn complex systems.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Familiarity with log analysis
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $111 - $130 K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
